Yes — and you control it yourself. Log into your portal, block the dates, and it syncs to all platforms immediately. No email to us required.
We process your owner statement monthly, deducting commission and any applicable costs, and you receive your nett payout with a full itemised breakdown.
Your calendar is live — it always reflects the actual state of your property. Income figures are updated when we process each platform import. We're upfront about this because accuracy matters more to us than looking flashier than we are.
Ballito, Salt Rock, Shaka's Rock, Westbrook, Zinkwazi, and St Lucia. Not sure if you're in our area? Just ask — we'll tell you honestly.
Our contracts are designed to be fair to both parties. We'd want to understand your situation and make sure any existing guest bookings are honoured before an exit. Beyond that, we work with you — not against you.

Elri handles operations and owner relationships — hands-on, she knows the properties, and she’s the one checking in when something needs attention. Adriaan built and runs the platform. Between us and our small team on the ground, there’s always someone responsible for your property.
