Where It All Began

Book-My-Space was built from the ground up by someone who genuinely loves hospitality. After years of working in the industry, Elri Marais realised she wanted to create something more personal — a service where guests feel cared for and homeowners feel supported. In 2016, she took the leap and started a small cleaning service. What began as a hands-on, heart-driven venture quickly grew into something bigger.

From Cleaning to Keeping

By 2018, the business naturally expanded into holiday accommodation and full-service property care. In 2020, the growing venture got the name it carries today — Book-My-Space. Today, we manage, promote, clean, handle laundry, and oversee minor maintenance for a growing portfolio of homes along the KZN North Coast. The goal has always been simple: make life easier for homeowners and make holidays unforgettable for guests.
